We have a long time experience in creating gluten-free products. Our R&D department comprises a team of qualified people who are experts in production of gluten-free bakery and confectionery products. Their taste and composition is the result of recipes, perfected over years, that follow global trends.
We make products suitable to the needs of customers and our production is flexible. Our products are tailored to their expectations of our customers but they are also based on ready-made recipes.
Quality of our products
Natural ingredients used as raw materials used in production of our products are carefully selected, preservatives, hardened fats and dyes are never added. The products feature a long shelf life and stay fresh until the last day. Production lines are designed to protect the range of gluten-free products against cross-pollution with various food allergens.
European safety standards
We operate a modern production infrastructure and our own laboratory at the production facility. Raw materials used for production and finished products are tested in accredited laboratories. In 2017 GFPS received the International Food Safety Certificate IFS food and the Licensed Sign of Crossed Grain. Working with GFSP means:
- Raw materials from controlled sources
- Transportation and storage under appropriate hygienic and temperature conditions
- Sterile production conditions
- Microbiological testing system for raw materials, products, infrastructure and personnel
